The Senators and The Rebel Son

by Christopher Bono

The first publicly released album from composer/producer Christopher Bono. Written and recorded when he was 23 years old, two years after beginning his path in Music. The album noticeably sounds of a young, searching musician with limited experience, however, it is interesting to hear the early influences and interests of the blossoming composer. Ten Senators… reveals A background steeped in roots, classic and southern rock, but aspects of the music reveal some crafty songwriting and unique lyric choices, as well as progressive song structures particularly for such a pop style. It is quite a remarkable shift to imagine how the songwriter of this album went on to become the composer of BARDO and Ghost Against Ghost.
